Our Policy for Returns and Refunds

We allow return of products due to quality issues upto 24 hours from delivery of product. No return request are considered after 24 hours. Once the product is picked from the customer 100% return is credited to customer wallet.

What if i receive a broken or damaged product?
No worry. If you have received the product in broken or damaged condition. Kindly return it right away to the delivery person. We will refund the amount to your wallet as the product reach back to the seller.

What if the product has some quality issue?
All issues related to quality must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery. Request made after 24 hours will not be considered. Our representative will collect the item for you and we will process full refund for the product in your wallet.

What about delivery charges of return product?
In case all products of a order are return. We will return deliver amount with with product amount in your wallet.

What is the time frame to generate return request?
We will accept return request only upto 24 hours of delivery of product. Request made after 24 hours will not be considered.

What if the product has to be returned due to issue cause by customer negligence ?
Any issues in product due to customer negligence will not be considered for return. Customer may contact service center of product for repair and service center policy will be followed.
